Apartments in Sofia, Bulgaria


We continue to explore the real estate market in Bulgaria, to be exact Sofia real estate market. We turn now to 2 - room flat (or apartments with one bedroom).

Apartment in the Lyulin-2. 111 squares. Not bad? Lyulin-2 - less prestigious area. The average apartment sold at the rate of 620-650 per square meter. How much is worth our apartment in Sofia? 72000 euros, or 650 euros per square metre. Additionally, you can buy a garage for 7000
euro. Total, nearly 80000 euros for a spacious apartment in Sofia 1-bedroom apartment
with garage, to be built by March 2008. 80000 euros.
Further, the Vitosha quarter. At flats in the secondary market at a price Vitoshe left 850-1000 euros per square metre.
