Hammond’s Ferry

It could be because the plans were first made in 1891. Or how the beautiful new architecture is inspired by classic designs. Maybe it’s the way the planned town center will overlook the Savannah River and bring to mind lazy summer days of old. Whatever the reason, Hammond’s Ferry feels as if it’s been a part of North Augusta forever, with new homes, town homes or condos for every lifestyle, parks, trails, and proposed shopping and dining. The vision has been here over 100 years, and now there’s finally a neighborhood to make it real.
